Gym Programming

Many gym owners are passionate about and skilled at CrossFit, however this is not the same as being good at programming – whether individual workouts or training that cumulates in improvements for your members over time.

This is also often a source of stress and a huge time commitment for new gym owners or for existing gym owners who are busy running their gym, or are not confident in the quality of their programming.

GYM programming includes 4-week blocks of comprehensive programming for your gym, including Rx, V1 (Scaled) and V2 (Further scaled) versions of strength/skill and workout components.  It provides everything that you need.
